As a designer, I've had the opportunity to dabble in various areas of design including but not limited to brand identity, brand strategy, environmental design, UI, UX and print design. I received my MFA in graphic design from the Academy of Art University here in San Francisco where I have worked as a freelancer for the past 8 years with a 3-year stint at Gensler. During my time at Gensler, I was a member of the brand design studio where I gained experience in environmental design, brand strategy, wayfinding, vendor management and the value of precision and prototypes. What I enjoy most about design is the ability to solve for any number of challenges, finding that sweet spot whether it's with a simple layout, an identity, an ideal user experience or even just visualizing an idea or concept in a way that is clear and concise.

When I'm not in front of my computer, you can find me whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, reading, running—I'm currently training for my first half marathon, doing something wedding-related (for our wedding), attending a Pop Physique class, reading the NYTimes app or watching Parts Unknown or reruns of The Office or Friends.
