A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

As a designer, I've had the opportunity to dabble in various areas of design including but not limited to identity, brand strategy, environmental design, UI, UX and print.

After receiving my MFA in graphic design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, I worked at Gensler for 3 years where I was a member of the brand design studio. While at Gensler I gained experience in environmental design, brand strategy, signage and wayfinding, vendor management and the value of precision and prototyping. In 2016, I made the decision to enter back into the freelance world in order to pursue a wider range of clients and projects. The majority of my more recent work is confidential with clients listed. This work includes service design on various levels, presentation design, UX and UI design and illustration.

What I enjoy most about design is the ability to solve for any number of challenges, finding that sweet spot whether it's with a simple layout, an identity, an ideal user experience or even just visualizing an idea or concept in a way that is clear and concise and easy to understand.

When I'm not in front of my computer, you can find me listening to The NYT Daily podcast, jogging (turns out running at altitude is definitely harder), at the grocery store (one of my favorite places), reading, or watching Queer Eye or Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix.

Always excited for a new challenge so feel free to reach out with any and all design needs. Cheers!
